The National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM), Islamabad, invites applications for the following vacant posts. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria listed for each position:

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligible candidates must apply online via the National Job Portal (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days of this advertisement.
2. Ensure all personal details, including the name of the post, domicile, educational qualifications, and date of birth, are accurately filled.
3. Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date, or submitted via postal/courier service or by hand, will not be entertained.
4. Information provided in the online application will be considered final.
5. Government employees should apply through the proper channel and provide an NOC at the time of the interview.
6. Recruitment will follow the Establishment Division’s Recruitment Policy.
7. Age relaxation will be granted according to Federal Government rules.
8. Quotas for 2% Disabled, 5% Minorities, 10% Women, and Transgender will be observed as per Federal Government rules.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
10. Originals of relevant documents must be presented at the time of the interview. Photocopies will not be accepted.
11. Skill tests will be conducted for the posts of Steno Typist, Electrician, Cook, and Masalchi.
12. The authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without notice.
13. No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests/interviews.

How to Apply for NIRM Vacancies

1. Visit the National Job Portal (NJP):
   • Go to the National Job Portal (NJP) official website: www.njp.gov.pk.
2. Fill Out the Online Application Form:
   • Complete the online application form carefully. Ensure all personal details, including the post name, domicile, educational qualifications, and date of birth, are accurately filled in.
3. Upload Required Documents:
   • Upload scanned copies of the required documents, such as academic certificates, CNIC, and any other relevant credentials as specified in the application form.
4. Pay the Test Fee:
   • Pay the test fee through 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JAZZCash, or TCS Express Counters. Download the fee challan/deposit slip from the NJP website and follow the instructions to make the payment.
5. Send Hard Copies:
   • Send a printed copy of the filled online application form along with two sets of attested copies of academic certificates, CNIC, passport-size photographs, CV, and domicile to:

6. Submit by Deadline:
   • Ensure that your hard copy application reaches the NTS Headquarters by the closing date, which is 31 August 2024.
7. Additional Instructions:
   • If applying for more than one position or subject, submit separate application forms and test fees for each.
   • Applications submitted improperly, incompletely, or after the due date will not be entertained.
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further stages of recruitment.
