In line with our strategic goals, we are seeking highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented females for the position of Relationship Manager – OG II in the area of Special Assets Management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education / Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) with at least 70% marks or a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
  • Candidates with a Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant professional qualification in Business, Banking, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Law, etc., will be preferred.

Age:

  • Maximum 28 years (as of the last date of submission of the application).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of banking experience is required, preferably in relationship management and/or remedial asset management in wholesale banking and/or credit risk management.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities of Relationship Manager at National:

  • Assist in implementing strategies for the remedial management of the Bank’s non-performing portfolio.
  • Assist and prepare proposals for out-of-court settlements, rehabilitation, restructuring, and rescheduling for approval.
  • Liaise with the Legal Division and Credit Administration Division to prepare action plans against delinquent/classified accounts.
  • Review transactions for NPL accounts periodically.
  • Coordinate client calls with the respective head and maintain call logs.
  • Develop relevant Management Information Systems (MIS) related to portfolio progress on a monthly basis for management review.
  • Assist the supervisor in preparing presentations for senior management as and when required.
  • Liaise with regional offices for the recovery of NPLs.
  • Ensure compliance with all external (State Bank of Pakistan’s Prudential Regulations) and internal (Credit Policies, etc.) regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Other Knowledge / Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of SME and wholesale banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective team player.
  • Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
