Available Positions and Qualifications
IT Specialist
Number of Posts: 01
Age: 30-40 years
Pay Package: PKR 150,000-180,000
Qualifications and Experience:
16 years education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT sector. Software development experience is preferred.
Ability to analyze systems for trials, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems, and make recommendations for improvements.
Working knowledge of various operating systems, software, and programs.
Ability to lead a team of developers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Financial Specialist
Number of Posts: 01
Age: 35-50 years
Pay Package: PKR 150,000-180,000
Qualifications and Experience:
16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (Finance), Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce or CA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.
Ability to prepare financial reports and statements, and experience in planning, budgeting, and financial control.
Knowledge of financial laws and rules of the Government.
Proficiency with accounting software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Communication Specialist

Age: 30-45 years
Pay Package: PKR 130,000-150,000
Qualifications and Experience:
16 years of education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online content strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle crises effectively.
Data Analyst

Age: 25-40 years
Pay Package: PKR 120,000-150,000
Qualifications and Experience:
16 years of education in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or relevant field from HEC recognized University.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in data mining, data visualization, analysis of data and visualization of future trends.
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including reports, surveys, and presentations.
Command on Microsoft Office, Unix/Linux Operating System, and Statistical tools such as STATA, E-views, SPSS or R.
Expert in research and data collection skills, organizational and time-management skills and command on database structure.
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
Planning Officer

Qualifications and Experience:
16 years of education in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy, Management, Computer Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
Proven experience in Planning and Project Management.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Qualifications and Experience:
16 years of education in Quality Management, Project Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
At least 3 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation or related field.
Proven experience with M&E methodologies and relevant software.
Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT Associate

Qualifications and Experience:
16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent from HEC recognized University.

Proven experience in Microsoft Office and expert in MS power point and software for presentations.
Proficiency with network administration and troubleshooting.

Research Associate

Pay Package: PKR 70,000-90,000
Qualifications and Experience:
16 years of education in Social Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
At least 2 years of experience in research or in academic research writing.
Knowledge of various research methodologies and techniques.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer Assistant

Qualifications and Experience:
Intermediate education with excellent typing speed.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of basic hardware troubleshooting.

Office Assistant

Pay Package: PKR 30,000-35,000
Qualifications and Experience:
Should have work experience in office environment.
Responsible for handling office tasks.
Assisting staff and performing various tasks as required.
